Supporting the Practitioner Behind the Practice
Supervision is one of the most important investments a psychologist can make — not just in their clinical skills, but in their professional identity, their wellbeing and their capacity to do this work sustainably over the long term.
I am an AHPRA Board Approved Supervisor with over 15 years of clinical experience across private practice and the tertiary sector. I offer individual supervision for registered psychologists at all stages of their career — from those just beginning to those who are well established and looking for a thoughtful, experienced colleague to think alongside.
My approach to supervision mirrors my approach to therapy — warm, collaborative, curious and grounded in evidence-based practice. I believe that good supervision holds the whole person, not just the clinician.

My Approach to Supervision
I believe supervision is most powerful when it holds space for the whole practitioner — not just the clinical work, but the person doing it. In our work together you can expect:
Reflective Practice
Space to think deeply about your clinical work, your theoretical orientation and your professional development.
Case Consultation
Collaborative, evidence-based discussion of complex or challenging cases.
ACT & Mindfulness Frameworks
Drawing on my clinical expertise to deepen your understanding and application of these approaches.
Professional Identity & Development
Supporting you in developing a clear, confident and authentic professional identity.
Wellbeing & Sustainability
Because doing this work well over the long term requires tending to the practitioner as much as the practice.
Honest, Warm & Direct Feedback
Delivered with genuine care and respect for where you are in your journey.
What to Expect
Your first supervision session is a conversation — a chance to get to know each other, explore what you are hoping for and begin to establish the kind of supervisory relationship that will serve you best.
From there we work collaboratively, tailoring each session to your current clinical needs, professional development goals and any pressing cases or challenges you are navigating.
