In conversation
with Dr Emily Musgrove
Good psychology belongs everywhere.
I have always believed that good psychology should be accessible to everyone — not just those who find their way into a therapy room.
Podcasts, interviews and media conversations are one of the ways I hope to bring evidence-based psychology into everyday life. They create space for honest conversations about what it means to be human, how we navigate life's challenges, and how we find our way forward with greater compassion, courage and clarity.
Whether you're discovering my work for the first time or looking for a conversation you've heard before, I'm so glad you're here.
Below you'll find a collection of podcast appearances and media features — conversations I hope you'll find both useful and genuinely human.
